The Heartsaver CPR AED Training Course is designed to teach participants the essential skills needed to respond to emergencies involving sudden cardiac arrest and other life-threatening situations. This course covers Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants, as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants will learn to recognize the signs of a heart attack, cardiac arrest, and choking, and how to perform life-saving techniques like chest compressions, rescue breathing, and the proper use of an AED. The course is ideal for anyone looking to gain the confidence and skills to respond effectively in an emergency, whether in the workplace, at home, or in public settings. Upon completion, participants will receive a Heartsaver CPR AED certification that is valid for two years.
