This program includes a multidisciplinary approach to learning by including sports, art, music, and STEM to enrich each student’s experience.Specifically, Sport Explorers will teach basic sports and social skills, all while teaching important preschool academic content such as letters, numbers, shapes, colors and more! Much of this comes naturally as sports require the use of language arts to outline rules and objectives, and use math concepts to track scores, and measure distances. This program will be led by Chris Gibaldi from Learn In Motion.This is a parent-child program, parent participation is required.Program ScheduleTIME: Tuesdays from 11:00am-11:30am LOCATION: Memorial ParkDATES: Tuesdays April 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14, and 21stCOST: $50REGISTRATION: March 18th-April 1st

REGISTRATION OPEN UNTIL MAY 3rdWelcome to our Little Laxers program, where toddlers aged 2 to 3 take their first steps into the exciting world of lacrosse! Our program is designed to introduce your little athlete to the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate activities and games, children will learn basic skills such as cradling, passing, and shooting, all while developing their hand-eye coordination and gross motor skills. Our experienced coaches understand the unique needs of this age group and focus on creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere where every child can thrive. Join us for an unforgettable introduction to the fastest game on two feet!Who: Kids ages 2y-3yWhen: 5/5, 5/12 (Sorry Moms), 5/19, 6/2, and 6/9 at 10amWhere: Thornton Burgess Fields (85 Wilbraham Rd, Hampden, MA)Cost: $45 - Program includes a stick and ball for the kids to keepA helmet is not required for this program.  There is no contact and the lacrosse balls are a soft material.Space is limited.Parent/Guardian participation with the toddlers is highly recommended for this programSeeking assistant coaches to help with this program.  The registration process allows you to let us know if you are willing to assist.
