The Heartsaver CPR AED Training Course is designed to teach participants the essential skills needed to respond to emergencies involving sudden cardiac arrest and other life-threatening situations. This course covers Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants, as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants will learn to recognize the signs of a heart attack, cardiac arrest, and choking, and how to perform life-saving techniques like chest compressions, rescue breathing, and the proper use of an AED. The course is ideal for anyone looking to gain the confidence and skills to respond effectively in an emergency, whether in the workplace, at home, or in public settings. Upon completion, participants will receive a Heartsaver CPR AED certification that is valid for two years.Heartsaver CPR AED is geared for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, personal, or other requirements.The course will be taught by certified instructors from the Hampden Fire Department. When: June 13th (9am-12pm)Where: Hampden Town Hall (Classroom E2)85 Wilbraham Road, Hampden, MA 01036Registration: May 6 - June 10

Participants celebrate with themed days like Twin Day, Crazy Hair Day, and Mismatch Day — a week full of laughs, wacky activities, and spirit!Jul 20-24 - Olympics Week - Let the games begin! Our young athletes will represent countries, compete in friendly challenges, and participate in Olympic-inspired crafts, activities, and team events.
