Our program is designed to introduce your little athlete to the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate activities and games, children will learn basic skills such as cradling, passing, and shooting, all while developing their hand-eye coordination and gross motor skills. Our experienced coaches understand the unique needs of this age group and focus on creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere where every child can thrive. 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Heartsaver CPR AED Training Certification Course - Heartsaver CPR AED Training Certification Course The Heartsaver CPR AED Training Course is designed to teach participants the essential skills needed to respond to emergencies involving sudden cardiac arrest and other life-threatening situations. This course covers Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants, as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants will learn to recognize the signs of a heart attack, cardiac arrest, and choking, and how to perform life-saving techniques like chest compressions, rescue breathing, and the proper use of an AED. The course is ideal for anyone looking to gain the confidence and skills to respond effectively in an emergency, whether in the workplace, at home, or in public settings. Upon completion, participants will receive a Heartsaver CPR AED certification that is valid for two years.Heartsaver CPR AED is geared for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, personal, or other requirements.The course will be taught by certified instructors from the Hampden Fire Department. When: June 13th (9am-12pm)Where: Hampden Town Hall (Classroom E2)85 Wilbraham Road, Hampden, MA 01036Registration: May 6 - June 10
