Safe Sitter® Essentials TrainingThis comprehensive course is designed to prepare participants to be safe, responsible, and confident caregivers. The Safe Sitter® program equips participants with the skills needed to care for themselves and young children in various situations, including emergencies.
Participants will learn:
- Basic child care skills (feeding, diapering, and entertaining children)
- First aid and injury management
- Choking rescue techniques
- How to handle emergencies
- Safety precautions inside and outside the home
- Business skills for setting up a babysitting business
This engaging, instructor-led course includes hands-on activities, role-playing, and group discussions. By the end of the course, participants will feel confident in their ability to care for children and manage challenging situations.Certification: Safe Sitter® Certification upon successful completion
*Participants must bring a lunch, snack and beverage with them.
