The aim of this program is to provide the basic tools necessary to compete in youth wrestling through physical drills and discipline. The coaching staff provides a nurturing environment and mentoring through positive leadership, both on and off the mat. While there is definitely a team aspect to the sport, there are also individual barriers and obstacles that our wrestlers are encouraged to face head-on and overcome, including any obstacle life may bring, to reach heights that were never imaginable!

This year, wrestling will be separated into three divisions: Bronze, Silver, and Gold for grades (1-8). Kindergarten will not have separate divisions.
Bronze (Grades: 1-8)

2 practices per week (Tuesday & Thursday)

NOTE: all volunteer coaches will be required to attend 1-2 coaches meetings prior to the start of the season.
Youth Wrestling
- Season runs late November through mid-March
- Wrestlers are required to provide shoes and head gear
- A mouth guard is required for athletes wearing braces
- Parent involvement is needed for this program to run - no prior experience is needed
- Height and Weight are required on the registration form
