These recreational programs stress participation, sportsmanship, development of skills and fun.
Programs are designed to be age-appropriate
Instructional- Kindergarten (Coed)
- A program that stresses the fundamentals of basketball in an educational and fun environment; dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, positioning and rebounding, and more.
- Open to Wilbraham and school-choice students only.
- Program will meet on Saturdays starting in December through early March.
- Saturdays in December and early January will be 45 min solo team practices for skill development.
- Saturdays in mid January - early March will be 30 mins of skill development and 30 mins of scrimmage versus other teams.
- REGISTRATION: October 1 - October 21
Youth Grades 1 (Coed)
- A program reinforcing skills learned at Kindergarten level by applying skills in dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, positioning and rebounding, and more.
- Open to Wilbraham residents and school choice students only
- Program begins in late November/early December and runs through March.
- Practices are once a week starting late November/early December.
- Eight game schedule begins in January.
- One game on the weekends - generally on Saturdays. Games will be held at Soule Rd School in Wilbraham or Green Meadows School in Hampden.
- REGISTRATION: October 1 - October 21

- A program reinforcing skills learned at Grades 1 level by applying skills in dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, positioning and rebounding, and more.
- Open to Wilbraham residents and school choice students only
- Program begins in late November/early December and runs through March.

- One game on the weekends - generally on Saturdays. Occasionally games on Sunday. Games will be held at Memorial School in Wilbraham or Green Meadows School in Hampden.
